Terms and conditions : We offer free delivery in the UK on orders over £50. Our policy is to process your order as soon as possible.

We will not take any payment until the order has been corfirmed the goods are processed and ready for dispatch. Please note we e-mail  an acknowledgement that your order has been received and your offer to purchase these goods shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we dispatch the goods.

Goods are sent on a Next Day week day service fully insured with a tracking number.

If this sevice is not available we will send the goods by  48 or 72 hour post fully insured with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours additional delivery time for goods to and from Europe.

Distance Selling Regulations. Under the United Kingdom's distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased for a full refund.

If you have not yet received your order, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched.

All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your  reference details,  within 7 working days starting the day after you receive your order.

In accordance with the distance selling regulations we will refund standard delivery charges if the whole order is returned but if only part of the order is returned we are not obliged to refund any of the delivery charge.

Returns.

If your order has already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods.

The cost of return and care of the package are your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

Please handle the goods with care and return them is the same conditions as your received them.

Goods should be returned with in 7 days of cancellation, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of their safe arrival.
